Ordering & Shipping

Upon receiving your order we will ship within three business days. If we are unable to complete an order you will be promptly notified.

Remember our pieces are custom handmade to order and colors of natural materials vary. We will do our best to match the stones in a set, however, if your turquoise is a little more green than blue, don’t freak out, all our stones are beautiful.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may contact us within 30 days from the shipping date for an exchange or refund.

Each piece is shipped in a white cardboard jewelry box with a card containing our contact information and the materials used. Sets will be boxed together unless otherwise specified in “Shipping Comments”. Also, one box is cheaper to ship than ten, so let us know if we can box multiple pieces together.

If you are shipping gifts to a different address than your own we would be happy to provide a gift card, should you desire. Please provide the alternative address and greeting of your choice in “Shipping Comments”.

Our Aloha unfortunately does not translate to free shipping due to the fact that Hawaii is the most remote island chain in the world. We ship USPS priority mail at the following rates:
